Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal mix
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil
    3 jalapeno peppers, cut fine
    1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation
    Make batter with ingredients and pour half into a 9-inch greased iron skillet. Sprinkle 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese over batter. Cover with rest of batter. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
