Chocolate Chip Holiday Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. Toll House mini chips
Preparation
    Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and salt in a large bowl until creamy.
    Beat in egg yolk.
    Gradually beat in flour; stir in 1 1/2 cups of morsels.
    Divide dough in half.
    Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Roll half of dough to 1/4 inch thickness between 2 sheets of wax paper.
    Remove top sheet of wax paper. Cut into shapes; chill for 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes.
    Spread with frosting or decorate however.
