Microwave Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/2 c. pecan halves
    3/4 c. buttermilk or canned milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir well. Microwave on High for 14 to 15 minutes.
    Stir in baking soda. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Beat with wooden spoon until mixture starts to thicken, approximately 3 minutes.
    Working quickly, drop by tablespoon onto either a greased cookie sheet or waxed paper.
