Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. shredded zucchini

Preparation

Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Add oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add nuts and zucchini.
Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in greased and floured cake pans or 20 x 14 1/2-inch cookie sheet.
