Cheesy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans, drained (14 1/2 oz.)
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    dry mustard to taste
    3 slices white bread, cut in cubes
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan;
    blend
    in flour and add milk. Cook with constant
    stirring
    until
    sauce boils and thickens. Season; add cheese and stir vigorously until melted.
