Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, rinsed well and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut, celery, green pepper, onion and pimento. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a pan.
    Bring to a good, rolling boil.
    Pour over vegetables and let set for 24 hours or at least overnight.
