Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Yields 6 to 7 dozen.
