Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl; beat until foamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl; mix well. Add to zucchini mixture; mix well.
    Fold in walnuts and raisins gently.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until loaves test done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
    Yield:
    24 servings.
