Super Sauced Pork Tidbits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. applesauce
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ground mace
3 to 4 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Shape bulk sausage into small balls.
Fry until evenly browned.
Combine applesauce, spices and coloring; heat until hot. Place sauce in chafing dish.
Add browned sausage balls.
Place fancy toothpicks in each one of the sausage balls.
This way, your guests can take one or several with no trouble.
Makes 50 sausage balls.
