Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, cut fine or same amount, fresh

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, using a mixer. Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Pour batter into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
