Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour loaf pan.
    Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl.
    Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool before slicing.
