Pumpkin Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour, spices, baking powder and soda.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, blend sugar and oil, add eggs.
    Stir in pumpkin and add dry ingredients.
    Pour into an ungreased tube-center pan, lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan.
    May be frozen.
    Can be baked in 3 loaf pans about 1 hour instead.
    May be served with whipped cream.
