Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    cracker crumbs
    added butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
    Mix spinach, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of butter and lemon juice.
    Grease bottom of casserole.
    Layer sliced artichokes.
    Cover with spinach mixture.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Dot generously with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    This is especially attractive if served over a thick sliced tomato, allowing some of the tomato to show.
