Honey Crunch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. honey
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    4 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, cream butter.
    Add honey, a little at a time; mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mixture will appear to separate.
    Gradually add dry ingredients; mix until moistened.
    Fold in coconut, chips and cereal.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove cookies to cooling rack. Makes about 5 dozen.
