Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and oil.
    Beat well until oil disappears. Sift all dry ingredients and mix well with egg mixture.
    Fold in grated zucchini; add nuts and raisins.
    Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan, 3/4 full.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
