Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8.5 oz., drained weight) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and cheese well.
    Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and place in a 2-cup casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until slightly browned and bubbly.
    Serve hot with crackers, rye rounds or Melba toast.
    Makes about 2 cups.
