Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar minus 4 tsp.
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    8 slices Pepperidge Farm toasting white bread, crust removed and cubed
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and margarine together.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until thick.
    Fold in pineapple and bread.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Bake with foil; remove last 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
