Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
unbaked pie crust
1 lemon (juice and grated rind)
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Stir until smooth; add lemon juice and rind.
Fold in egg whites, beaten stiff, last. Bake in unbaked pie crust at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
