Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and butter.
    Add sugars and cream thoroughly.
    Add eggs and blend well.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add gradually, blending well.
    Form into soft balls and place about 3-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in flour, making a crisscross pattern. If dough is too soft to flatten without sticking to fork, chill dough.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
