Grilled Red Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large red onions, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. honey
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place onions in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.
    In a medium bowl whisk next 5 ingredients.
    Pour vinegar mixture into bag and seal.
    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Using a slotted spoon, place onions in skillet and cook until brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 8.
