Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dried currants (raisins)
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and baking soda in large bowl.
Stir in currants (raisins).
Stir in milk until moistened.
Knead 10 times with floured hands.
Flour cookie sheet.
Shape dough into 8-inch rounds.
Cut a cross in the top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until golden brown and light.
