Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. white or brown sugar
1 c. melted margarine
4 eggs
4 small to medium bananas, mashed
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and soda into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, melted margarine, eggs, bananas and nuts.
Mix thoroughly on medium speed.
Pour into 2 well-greased and waxed paper lined loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool.
