Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can kraut
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped or grated
1 grated carrot
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation

Drain kraut well.
Mix with green pepper, celery, onion, carrot, celery seed and pimento and combine with sugar, vinegar and salad oil.
Let salad sit in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
