Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, peeled and chopped into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped

Combine ingredients and pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
