Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Heat small amount of oil in skillet over medium heat.
Dip pancake batter with 1/4 cup measure (use 1 tablespoon for dollar size).
Makes 8 (4-inch) pancakes or 12 dollar size.
