Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Quickly add liquid ingredients.
    Mix until moistened.
    Bake in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (or until toothpick comes out clean).
    Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans.
    Tastes better the next day.
    (Great Fall treat.)
