Coconut Brunch Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. flavoring
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add sugar, oil and flavoring; blend well.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda together. Alternate with buttermilk.
Fold in coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
