Country Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain and set aside.
    Saute mushrooms in remaining grease; add a little butter if needed.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Add onion, garlic and bread crumbs.
    Saute over high heat for three more minutes, stirring constantly.
    Crumble bacon. Add bacon, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Mix well.
    Serve hot.
