Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped currants or raisins
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil.
    Add sugar and vanilla and beat until thick and foamy.
    Stir in zucchini.
    In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts and currants (or raisins).
    Stir into the zucchini mixture.
    Add pineapple and mix well.
    Bake in 2 (5 x 9-inch) loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
