Overnight Seafood And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. imitation crab, rinsed several times and drained or 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, packed in water and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. small elbow macaroni or shell pasta
2 Tbsp. minced fresh or freeze-dried chives
1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese (4 oz.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cover, combine all ingredients except peas and carrots; mix well.
Cover dish and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
Stir in peas and carrots.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until set.
