Onion Supper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Prepare mix using package directions.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with onion.
    Mix sour cream and cheese; spoon atop.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes; cut in squares.
