Potato Salad-Southern Georgia Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 purple onion, finely diced
    3 Tbsp. chilled salad cubes
    1 Tbsp. sweet cubes
    5 boiled eggs, diced
    some salt
    moderate amount black pepper
    4 to 5 stalks celery, destringed and diced (mix with potatoes)
Preparation
    Boil and check texture of potatoes.
    In a bowl, place 1 quart Kraft real mayonnaise and 2 heaping tablespoons French's yellow mustard.
    Add all other ingredients except potatoes.
    Layer dish with potatoes, then alternating other ingredients and potatoes in layers.
