Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 or 5 ripe bananas, mashed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Beat. Stir in flour, salt, soda and vanilla.
    Stir to blend, but do not overmix.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
