Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. thin sliced chicken or beef
    2 red peppers, sliced
    3 green peppers, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 c. broccoli, chopped large
    1 head bok choy, chopped large
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts
    2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat wok.
    Add oil.
    Add meat strips.
    Cook very fast over high heat approximately 2 minutes.
    Remove meat; set aside.
    Let wok heat up.
    Add all veggies; turn frequently for approximately 3 minutes.
    Add meat, soy sauce and broth.
    Cover for approximately 2 minutes.
    Serve over bed of rice.
    Serves approximately 8.
