Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together.
Add salt, eggs, vanilla and cream of tartar and beat well.
Sift the flour and soda together and add.
Knead like pie dough.
Shape into roll; slice and bake.
