Spicy Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
In medium bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
Set aside.
In large bowl of electric mixer, beat eggs until frothy; beat in oil, sugar and vanilla.
Mix in flour, zucchini and pineapple.
Divide by pouring 1/2 of the batter in each prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour or until tests done.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; turn out and cool on wire racks.
