Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars.
Beat in eggs.
Blend raw zucchini until smooth and add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, then beat into creamed mixture until smooth. Add nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
