Beef Steak Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. beef boneless round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. olives
    6 medium carrots (1-inch pieces)
    2 medium onions, cut into fourths
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 side of beef steak with half of the flour mixture. Pound in. Turn beef and pound in remaining flour mixture.
