Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini (with or without skin)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 Tbsp. allspice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
