Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large bananas
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sour milk
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In first bowl, cream the sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, vanilla and mashed bananas.
Mix. In second bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Alternately with milk and flour mixture into the first bowl, mixing while doing so.
Pour into cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until fork comes out clean when placed in center of cake.
