Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine egg, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except raisins. Gradually add to zucchini mixture.
    Blend.
    Stir into raisins. Pour into two loaf pans that have been greased with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
