Crazy Bread(Pan Tonto) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    8 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. diced pineapple, drained
    4 bananas, sliced thin
    flour
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the flour; mix well.
    Begin adding 1/2 cup of flour at a time until you have a nice, thick batter (you judge).
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
    When time is over, turn off oven and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
    Leave in the oven for 10 additional minutes.
    After removed from oven, wait 45 minutes before serving. You may top each piece with Cool Whip, if desired.
