Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa for
1 1/2 minutes. Start timing after mixture reaches a full boil.
Remove from heat; add peanut butter,
oats and vanilla.
Beat until blended.
Then drop on waxed paper by teaspoonful.
Coconut or chopped nuts may be added if desired.
