Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. raw unskinned peanuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and salt in medium saucepan.
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Add 2 cups raw unskinned peanuts and continue to cook until the syrup crystallizes.
Pour into a large flat pan and spread out.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir every 5 minutes.
