Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked 9-inch pie shell
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/2 to 2 c. pumpkin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. each Sweet 'N Low and Equal
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. scalded skim milk
Preparation
    Beat egg substitute and add, in order, spices, salt, sweeteners, margarine, pumpkin and milk.
    Mix well and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Then bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until it tests done.
