Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
4 Tbsp. pimentos
1 c. sweet relish
1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation

Bring sugar and vinegar to a hard boil. Combine other ingredients.
Pour hot vinegar and sugar over the mixture and let stand overnight in a covered container in refrigerator.
