Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. softened shortening
3 large ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until light, then beat in sugar and soft shortening. Add large, ripe bananas; mash.
Sift in flour, salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Stir in nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
