Breakfast Cookies(Healthy - No Sugar!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed (leave some chunks)
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 or 3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. quick or regular oats
Preparation
    Mash bananas.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat well.
    Let stand for a few minutes.
    Drop from spoon onto lightly oiled cookie sheet, or spread over sheet and score into bars.
    Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until nicely browned.
    Loosen with spatula immediately; let cool on cookie sheet.
