Yummy Sausage Balls(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. bulk hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix
    1 pkg. Shake 'n Bake for pork
    1 lb. jalapeno or green chilies
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix sausage and Bisquick.
    Slit and deseed jalapenos.
    Stuff with cheese.
    Pinch closed.
    Pinch off sausage.
    Make a little pancake approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Wrap around pepper; roll around like an egg.
    Dip \"arm\" egg in 1 beaten egg.
    Roll in Shake 'n Bake mix.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes on a greased pan (cookie sheet).
