Strawberry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box strawberry cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
xxx sugar for top
1/4 c. small chopped nuts (if desired)

Preparation

Mix and drop on cookie sheet.
Bake rather slow, about 300\u00b0, so they do not brown and are chewy.
